So it doesn't look very deep here but it is. It is also very cold. The road down from the house was closed earlier we suppose; they were only letting traffic go one lane at a time. Joy of joys school is canceled tomorrow. That means I can stay up and watch the series end of ER.

I cannot tell you the amount weeping and wailing in the hallways when it was announced that school was cancelled for tomorrow. And that was just the teacher's reaction! :-)
Seriously that is ALOT of water if it flooded the Compound like that!
